CHECK-IN
Overnight Campers Check-in Sunday at 3:00pm in the lobby of the Vance Athletic Center.
Commuter Camper Check-in Sunday at 4:00pm
Vance doors will be unlocked for Commuters morning arrival at 8:45am.
Commuters daily dismissal will be at 8:00pm
Wednesday 3pm Check-out
KEY DEPOSIT
A $60.00 Key Deposit is required at check in for our Overnight Campers.
Checks Only – payable to CoachGCF, LLC
Checks will be returned to you after returning your child’s room key at check out
WILDCAT CAMP STORE
We will accept CASH only - no checks for the bank.
Please place your child’s money in an envelope with their name on the front and ready to give at check-in.
MEALS
Overnight Campers will be provided meals; Commuter Campers will receive Lunch & Dinner only
ROOMMATES
A choice of two roommates can be listed when registering. We will try our best to assign one of choices requested. If no roommate is requested, we will place campers together based on age.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be accepted except in the case of serious injury or illness (Less the $75.00 administrative fee).
Documentation of the injury/illness will be needed before the beginning of camp.
SCHOLARSHIPS / FINANCIAL AID
Due to NCAA regulations, we are unable to provide financial assistance to our camp.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
When registering for camp, a medical release and parental permit signature is required to attend camp.
ATHLETIC TRAINER
There will be an athletic trainer on site during our camp and at camp registration. If there are any medical concerns regarding your child, please speak to them at our check-in. If your child is on regular medications, please bring them to camp in a zip lock bag labeled with your child’s name along with written Instructions.
SECURITY
Supervision is provided by counselors in the dorms. Davidson College campus police provides security. All counselors have phones for any emergency calls.

WHAT TO BRING
Basketball shoes, sneakers, sandals, t-shirts, shorts, socks, undergarments, bath towels, and toiletries.
Dorms: Bed linens are NOT provided. Campers are responsible for bringing twin sheets regular or extra-long (36”x80”), pillow, blanket. Optional: Fan
AWARDS
Certificates and selected recognition awards/gifts will be given on the last day of camp before dismissal.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT BRING VALUABLES TO CAMP. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. EACH COUNSELOR WILL HAVE A PHONE ACCESSIBLE FOR A CAMPER TO USE IF THEY NEED TO PHONE HOME.
